Arthur I. Blaustein
Arthur I. Blaustein is a professor at the University of California, Berkeley, where he teaches community development, social policy and politics. He was appointed by President Clinton to serve on the board of the National Endowment for the Humanities and his most recent book is Make a Difference – America’s Guide to Volunteering and Community Service.
