Do Your Condoms Work?
If you happened to read the tiny print on the back of a box of Durex Avanti condoms before you bought them, you'd see this: "The risks of pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases (STD's), including AIDS (HIV infection), are not known for this condom." Hmm. Since most people, I think, actually use condoms specifically for those purposes, and not for the diminished sensation in their genitals, should this product really be on the market?
Read more about it here.

that's disturbing.
but let's not kid ourselves... nobody tells dudes to take Birth Control pills that have all those side effect we women so enjoy...
"what? disturb the delicate hormonal balance of my YamSACK?!? not a chance!"
this is actually a reproductive health issue that might get traction... if we're lucky.

So how come this story has a 'sponsored link' to ExxonMobil? Did ExxonMobil suddenly lose its standing as the biggest bunch of profiteering pirates on the planet and therefore worthy of a Mother Jones link?
true story - in the early sixties in houston i knew the owner of a major service station - he told me he made more pure profit from the condon machine in the ladies room - i asked how this was possible and he told me "never put any condoms in the machine, they come and put their quarters in but they never complain" - the entrepreneural sprit!
