Court Denies FTC Injunction Against Whole Foods Merger
The proposed merger between Whole Foods and Wild Oats is back on the table. That is, if the FTC does not file a stay for an appeal by then. Stay tuned for more Whole Foods news Monday. Until then, though, you can browse Michael Pollan's feature on why eating organic isn't necessarily sustainable.
