Harb, along with Hamze El-Najjar, Moussa Hamdan, Latif Hazime, Hassan Hodroj, Maodo Kane, Hasan Karaki, Moustafa Kassem, Michael Katz, and Alaa Mohamed, allegedly conspired to support Hezbollah with the proceeds from selling fake passports, counterfeit money, and stolen goods. An undercover informant sold them $154,000 worth of stolen goods. Harb is accused of arranging a meeting between the informant and an unnamed Hezbollah official to discuss an arms deal. Harb and Hamdan allegedly met with the informant's "boss" (an undercover agent) and made a deal for $1 million in counterfeit cash and fake passports.
