| Description: | Bin Osman was caught in a sting along with Thirunavukarasu Varatharasa, Helmi Soedirdja, Haji Subandi, Reinhard Rusli, and Erick Wotulo. Bin Osamn is a retired Indonesian Marine Corps General and was the lead broker; he was wined and dined by the undercover agents posing as arms dealers in Baltimore and test-fired some of the weapons. He requested photos and tech specifications, coordinated delivery of the weapons, discussed the commission he'd receive, provided the undercover agents/arms dealers with passports, and assisted in the down payment, wiring $752,000 into bank accounts. |
