Along with Nasser Abuali and Rabi Ahmed, Hussein Abuali was charged with conspiring to obtain $43,000 worth of stolen corn flakes. The FBI had been told that one of the men may have tried to buy a rocket propelled grenade, but the tip didn't pan out. Though the case has no clear terrorist links, the DOJ has classified it as terrorism-related. Abuali was sentenced to time served.
