Description:

Jamal oversaw a baby-formula smuggling plot that sold $22 million of stolen baby formula to the Middle East. FBI director Robert Mueller said that "Middle Eastern criminal enterprises" behind the formula smuggling were "a potential source of material support to a terrorist organization." Jamal was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
