When Kishk landed at Kennedy International Airport on September 19, 2001, authorities found a forged pilot's license and fake uniform. An assistant prosecutor conceded that there was no evidence that Kishk was part of a "second wave" of terrorists or had any connections to the 9/11 attacks.
