Description:

Moussaoui, a French citizen, was prosecuted for conspiring to kill Americans as part of the 9/11 attacks. He was arrested in Minnesota a month before the attacks, carrying flight manuals, a flight simulator program, and information about crop dusting. Moussaoui, known as "the 20th hijacker," testified that he and future "shoe bomber" Richard Reid were tasked with crashing a plane into the White House on September 11, 2001. He was sentenced to life in prison.
