I'm 55 years old. I've been a feminist my entire, adult life. I thought we settled this forty years ago: it is NOT ok to punish the victim or blame her. The proposal of this "Act" was cruel to us in the extreme. I was a child. I did not fight back. I guess they think I wanted it.
