Sorry guys, I'm not really
Sorry guys, I'm not really that impressed. First the voiceover isn't super wowing, but whatever, not that big of a deal.
Really I'm just not impressed with the subject, what's the point of reducing it to a dichotomy between nature and social networking? Seems like some heavy handed and leaden imagery to me. Maybe I'm expecting more from this than it's offering.
I guess Fiore can't be on
I guess Fiore can't be on all the time.....
ha...errr...
This one worked for me! When the weather is terrible, then OD-ing on technology to stay connected usually gets a thumbs up from me. But today...this was the kick in the pants to stop the computer stuff* I'm doing and go for a swim. *work-related. HAHA!
I had to resist sharing it
I had to resist sharing it on facebook, though I liked it too!
Brilliant
I think some of you are missing the point. For me it struck home, since I feel that social networks are degrading the value of face to face contact in the "traditional" (uhm... 5 years ago?) sense. You end up being connected to people you don't care about and neglecting people that actually matter to you. Social networks are very antisocial tools when over-hyped.
