No one can say for sure, but rumor has it that director Morgan Spurlock, of McMadness fame, has located the elusive al Qaeda leader. Read more over at The Riff.

Since it's just a rumor, and not something advertised in huge neon lights (which is what would've happened if UBL put in a cameo in Spurlock's film) I think then we can safely say that Spurlock HASN'T.
More likely, the film will reveal that Spurlock's best friend's sister's girlfriend's boyfriend said he knows this guy who thought he saw Osama pass out at 31 Flavors last night.
