      I'm calling Florida's open seat right now for Rep. Kendrick Meek (D). He is following in the footsteps of his mom Carrie (not sure about the name) who had been serving as a South Florida Dem. on the Hill since the early 90's.

      Mel Martinez is a bum who was only elected on one platform (anyone familiar with Florida politics knows the elephant in the room all too well) and that platform hasn't been doing all too well. Hopefully Obama can wait 'til 2011 before he gets involved in the whole situation.
