The Republican party needs the Latino vote, so Jeb Bush, a contender for 2016, might want to support the bipartisan push for immigration reform. But his flip-flopping has won him few friends on either side of the aisle. His new book, Immigrant Wars, comes out against any path to citizenship for illegal immigrants, which reverses his previous support.
