Students walk to the local school in Wadi Fukin. The school is one of the only pieces of community infrastructure in town. There is also a community center with internet and a small health clinic but, according to a World Bank study, most people still travel to Bethlehem for major treatments. Bethlehem is also the nearest place where students can attend college.
