A group of women buy bread at a market in Bethlehem after traveling to the city for a dentist's visit. Most people still travel to Bethlehem for any major medical treatments. All the women receive their prenatal care in Bethlehem, and most deliver their children there. When the wall is built and the only access to Bethlehem is through a permanent checkpoint, many fear that during an emergency they will be unable to reach medical services in time.
