Who's in Guantanamo?
Jeralyn Merritt of Talkleft looks at a new report by Joshua Denbeaux, a law professor at Seton Hall, which finds, using data supplied by the Pentagon, that "55% of the detainees [in Guantanamo] are not determined to have committed any hostile acts against the United States or its coalition allies."
Also: "Only 8% of the detainees were characterized as al Qaeda fighters. Of the remaining detainees, 40% have no definitive connection with al Qaeda at all and 18% are have no definitive affiliation with either al Qaeda or the Taliban." Perhaps not surprisingly, the vast majority of detainees in Guantanamo were captured not by U.S. forces, but by either Pakistan or the Northern Alliance at a time when the United States was offering very large rewards for any "suspected enemies."
So why are they all still being held? See also Corine Hegland's cover story on Guantanamo in National Journal, which reports, among other things, that evidence considered "persuasive" in the military tribunals "is made up almost entirely of hearsay evidence recorded by unidentified individuals with no firsthand knowledge of the events they describe," according to one legal adviser to the tribunals.

King Richard
Dick Cheney was appointed by Bush I to select a VP.
He selected himself and hired his left over Nixon Pals in PNAC.
Bush is a Recovering Alcoholic per his own admission. See Judy Keen—Usa Today-12-29-05
Rove-Cheney-Rumsfeld let him PLAY the part of President.
They keep him out of the White House. Vacations and Speaking to only friendly crowds.
They know his alcoholic temper will explode with many questions not in his favor.
How many days over five years has he been out of the White House?
How many days have Cheney been in the White House while he was out of it.
Bush cannot concentrate.
He cannot sit and read for any extended period.
He cannot watch TV for any prolonged period.
It is early to bed or he is exhausted by 11 p.m.
He cannot ride a hoss. Well, at K-Mart perhaps.
He used wireless transmitter for a debate. Undeniable. Nasa enlargement shows truth.
Interpreter for him during Indonesia visit made this remark:
“He did not know much of Indonesia until he met with the Prime Minister then he seemed to be an expert.
I sat close to him and now I know why I kept hearing voices.”
Bush is told where to go and what to say. His lack of knowledge and dumbness come out when he is not reading script or talking points.
He is KEPT out of the White House.
Remember his mom saying “Cheney and Rumsfeld are creating the problems for him”
Po lil baby.
If one doubts it all you need to do is read my list of 62 very very dumb remarks. A person with intelligence could not make such remarks.

I find that information to be totally believeable. Guantanamo is Bush's way of convincing the American people that he is saving them from terrorism. If he becomes sure that we the people don't believe him he will perpetrate another act of terror by claiming that his personal spy network(NSA) foiled another terrorist plot to bomb the local candy store or some such...
I don't doubt that there are jihadist terrorists out there but I very much feel that there are jihadist radical religious fundamnetalists right here in America and Bush is our American version.
If Bush is allowed to go far enough many Americans will be taken to Guantanamo.Bush is a micromanager and he makes all the decisions about who is spyed upon and who is not, about who is guilty and who is not, about who goes to Guantanamo and who does not. Kind of sounds like Hitler doesn't it. Thats what happens when we lose our system of checks and balances via the "Totalitarian Republican Theocracy". I am quoting myself.
