good thing this happened in California, because I don't think other states have such laws. people easily can lose a job because of having a bumper sticker their boss doesn't like.

America is so f*cked up.

This is actually amusing.

The law, regardless of what conservative judge presides, is clear but there is a certain irony to this.

Doesn't anybody remember that "Air America" was the secret "airline service" set up by the CIA during the Vietnam War (oops... assisting with "keeping our way of life safe" no matter how many millions have to die).

As a matter of fact, the name was under question as it was being considered upon the formation of Air America (the station- not the airline) but, due to the fact that we live in a "catch-phrase" country, it stuck.

Among other nefarious things, they (the CIA operation) picked up drugs (for sale in order to make money for the black budget), delivered weapons, and dropped secret squads into various territories (including Laos and Cambodia).

Perhaps the lady's boss, despite his "high state of alert", would have been much more receptive to her bumper sticker if it reflected the current Administration's record on the environment: "1360 (people will die today by breathing the) Air (of) America (but don't) Talk (about it, especially on the) Radio.

Of course, for a bumper sticker that long, she'd have to be driving an SUV or a Hummer.

Is anymore proof necessary that the Republican party is not concerned about the danger they have put our country in,but are 100% concerned that their crimes against the USA
are hidden from view.
Like the 8.2 TRILLION National Debt they have run up since Bush sworn in.Now costing $350
to 400 Billin in interest each year.Both China,and Japan have lent us 1 TRILLION,and so have the richest 2% of Americans who got TRILLIONS in tax cuts
lend some of their tax cuts money,with interest to the USA.
Neat scam....if you are part of the 2%.
Another 1/2 TRILION will be added to the Debt at the end of the Federal fiscal year Sept.30,2006.
How do we repay this dangerous
