Hillary Clinton: No-mentum for an Independent Lieberman run

Sen. Clinton, as reported by AP:

I've known Joe Lieberman for more than 30 years. I have been pleased to support him in his campaign for reelection and hope that he is our party's nominee.

But I want to be clear that I will support the nominee chosen by Connecticut Democrats in their primary. Ibelieve in the Democratic Party, and I believe we must honor the decisions made by Democratic primary voters.

The Lamont folks are loving it, of course.

Ironic, isn't it?
When it comes to the war, Hillary has been trying to sound more like Lieberman for months, to get the moderate vote.
Now she'll turn on him in a second!
Beware fellow Democrats.
She's out for herself...and no one else.

Where is my party going? When we'll kick out the most reasoned, moderate thinker in favor of a raging, far-left, anti-war loon.
Jane Harman is exactly right. If JFK were alive today, my Democratic Party would label him a right-winger.

Pissed Democrat, there is a simple explanation for the liberal drift. More people are achieving moral maturity, and leaving behind the infantile and adolescent temper tantrums and dishonesty. There is a new world about to dawn, though it is not yet certain if the few adults can guide the children to paradise, or if the children will run amok and create their worst nightmares.
