Jezzz, and THIS is a mystery too? And why WOULDN’T “conservatives” be for less intrusive government. Now, the FACT that there are LOTS more fascists than libertarians (both running around calling themselves conservatives) – you’d THINK – that this might cause you socialists to form an “alliance” with the real libertarians to fight the fascists. And yes, most of the “libertarians” I’ve ever known have actually been white racists and, therefore, rationalize their voting Republican (instead of libertarian) as “survival of the fittest” you know, “if ONLY the playing field were level, the whites would rule and it’s the Democrats pushing that commy affirmative-action, blah, blah, blah the usual white-trash stuff – oh, reminder - the white trash are those losers you are so desperate to help, remember?) But, recently, a few libertarians are now a bit worried about the fascists and their imaginary friend.

I can’t think of a better alliance against the fundamentalist, and their imaginary friend, than airhead socialist and mean libertarians IN Nevada. If you people aren’t smart enough to figure that out, you deserve to have 4 more years of god’s rule and the holy crusade.

One argument in favor of legalization of drugs is that frankly the people that seek to use them will have a much more ready supply of their favorite substance, and since you can only snort so much cocaine or shoot so much heroin before Darwin jumps in the driver's seat, drug addiction is a problem that eventually sorts itself out.

Also, the bottom will drop out of the drug smuggling market, which will ultimately cause countries such as Columbia to find 'honest work'...

I tried it, I inhaled, I wasn't impressed. I think if more people got that experience, they'd see that there's really not that much TO weed etc., and the allure and novelty of dabbling/indulging in formerly illegal substances would soon wear off when people found more constructive hobbies on their own.

Besides, it'll be a real boost for the fast food industry, instead of someone buying guns in Mexico etc...
