State Pols: Kill Child Molesters
With the November elections just a few weeks away, a number of state-level politicians are baying for the death penalty to be extended to repeat child molesters. Oklahoma and South Carolina have already passed such laws this year, and now law-and-order candidates from Texas to Minnesota want to see their states do the same. Never mind the usual ethical arguments - critics point out that these laws could easily backfire: if child rapists know they could face execution anyway, why not silence their victims by murdering them?

Cutting their nuts off should satify both sides then. I personally think cutting the nuts off of males for most major social infractions would go a long way towards curing most of society's ills.
I'm against the death penalty... but I think child molesters are at least as bad as murderers... if not worse.

As much as the death penalty is not fitting for these offenders, its much too peaceful a death. They should be made to suffer more than their victims, and that would be for the rest of their lives too, not just until they have fooled a panel of disfunctional system representatives either. Upon being convicted of any sexual or related crime, all human rights should be revolked. To give them shelter, meals, internet access, full medical dental and vision care at a cost of over more than $35,000.00 per year each, who is being punished here? I think its the taxpayer and not the pervert. Modern technology can provide our government with an agency devoted to secretly spying on people who are using modern technology to keep them from spying on them, and our government says it has a handle on all this and is an important part of our global existance, but we can't keep track of the man who raped you, your daughter or son? The solution is not in one vote or one thing, your point about motivating the offense to murder is valid which makes it therefore very complex. Our "elected" officials only want to see solutions that are easy and there is no easy solution. Creating a law is easy, all they have to do is nod their heads and give their signature and its off to tee time at the local country club. They won't consider a complex solution because it would take tax dollars to fund and of coarse we all know that its all about money. The solution is to redirect the focus of our law enforcement agencies. Bring our troops back home to defend our own land. Why isn't The National Guard guarding our nation, why are police agencies used to do what we are already are supposed to have personal in place for. Oh I get it...The National Guard isn't what it says it is...LOL....just following suit I guess to the Social Security System and The Dept. of Labor and Industry...just names I guess...anyways. Our government is turning its back on its people and the way we treat child molesters and sex offenders is only one small way we are proven everyday that we can't trust our government! want to make a difference, visit our website......or just keep crying to your computer!

Male child molesters should be castrated for their first offense, killed for their second. Female child molesters should get circumsized for their first offense, killed for their second. That would thin the prison population by 20%, and life outside prisons would improve for our youth. We need a special federal-level organization whom do nothing but hunt child molesters, because that would be a good job for me, I think.

Child molestation is a vacious cycle. It must end at the source of it. Adult porno and child porno should be stop immediately. Children should get immediate help and not placed in unsafe home. A big percentage of child molesters were molested when they were children. A child molester, that had help with their molestation should be registered with the police and put in constant supervision and if they sexual molested and killed a child, then you hanged them after they are found guilty.

Child molesters are horrifying. To say that the laws in place should be ammended to become more in tune with the crime is not only a worthwhile idea its a necessarry one. I find it impossible to believe that there are child rapists roaming freely through our communities after having only served minimal sentences. At the very least they should be mandatorily administered drugs which incapacitate their bodys ability to release the hormones necessary in causing sexual arousal. Having said that I feel the least is not an option I expect to work as a deterrant. The death penalty would most likely work as a way of eliminating repeat offenders but its still not enough. You aren't gonna be able to say to a child whose innocence and mind is ripped apart that they should be at peace because the person who attacked them has been put to death. It would proably make a parent feel closure but the damage to the childs mind is their for life. In some cases the knowledge that someone has been killed because of what theyve done to the child could be as damaging as the rape. A child in an already fragile state could blame themselves for the death of another human being. One avenue that I believe has never truly been explored to its full potential is the incorporation of a sexual abnormalities help center to made mainstream. Most likely it would be a phone center would allow for people who have fears about emerging sexual demons to speak with a trained counselor about their condition and if the individual is willing to then refer them to someone who may counsel them on a regular basis. Just another idea. Please dont think Im saying that we should sympathize with child molesters, but the recognition has to exist that at some point someone who wasnt quite a monster yet had an impulse and while its on them to find a way to deal with those impulses without commiting illegal activities or harming innocent parties, we need to provide an outlet to help those who are willing to be helped to not become monsters.

Porno doesn't cause child molestation, nitwit, and child porn is already illegal. Catch up, then say something intelligent.
