An Online Forum for Sexual Harrassment
UPenn law student Anthony Ciolli and insurance agent Jarret Cohen run a forum that promotes sexual harassment of law students. Women's pictures are posted without their consent, and they refuse to censor anonymous slander and hate speech. The defamation probably cost one woman a job. So if you have personal information about these two, post it right here. Personality quirks, sexual issues, insecurities large and small—get creative. Doesn't have to be true. Hey—It's freedom of speech! Because of the First Amendment, no one has any moral accountability for anything said.

Um, Jacob? Did you even notice that no one posted any negative, slanderous or hateful speech in response to this article before you did? Of all the people who read this article, not one was willing to stoop to the level of a bunch of frat boys in law school who terrorise their classmates by hounding them with cameras in a gym, speculating on their sexual history, slandering them by saying they have an STD, or threatening them with brutal anal rape if they try to sue?
Perhaps, just perhaps, that's because we ALL recognise irony in the article above?
BTW, it doesn't matter if those women are public figures or not. Slander caused one woman to lose a chance at a job. That's actionable.
And believe it or not, Ciolli and Cohen are not public figures, they are criminally negligent in providing a forum for sexual harrassment and stalking.
You're wrong, Jacob. Educate yourself on the law.

Oh, boy, is my face red. Jacob, I am sorry, I read your post and utterly misconstrued it. I thought you were refering to the article itself, not the subject of the article. I thought you were speaking out on the call to slander Ciolli and Cohen as actionable.
My deepest apologies.
Shamefacedly,
A.Wench.

It would seem to me that there are several laws being violated, where is the attorney general and law enforcement? This abuse of free speech is covered by laws that have been on the books for a long time and need to be enforced! We need to put a stop to this domestic terrorism, now! This can only lead to more serious crimes. Do we want this to deteriorate to the level that we see in the mid east and other countries? Do we want to go back to the law-of-the-jungle, killing anyone we don't like, just because we like to? This problem is out of control and needs to be brought under control, now!

This is dafamation that is actionable like any other. I would think that Mr. Cohen and Tony should know this. This is a legal question. Since the women are not public figures, I would think that Mr. Cohen, Mr. insurance man, should know that he may be liable just like a news magazine would be. I have heard of women having similar sites about no good men.
