This is segregation. I guess that integration just doesn't work. Liberalism is a failure. Who gave that liberal Biden authority to split up another country based upon 1880's thinking of segregation? This idea was the thing that made me notice Biden last year in the initial debates. It put him head and shoulders above all the other candidates on what to do in Iraq which is one of those artificial hodgepodges like Yugoslavia that Western powers slapped together way back when.

I think Austin points up the problem of logistics. Some "re-locating" would certainly bring down current friction. There would have to be a UN-mandated task force of people specialized in workng with refugees to accompany the transfer of populations.

I know that this is not a "religious" blog, but I think that one of the potential resources that could be tapped is the hold that religious leaders have over their respective congregations and once the regionalization has been negotiated, religious leaders could really help in what will be a very trying period by "guiding" their followers through the transition.
