Does Scalia Think Clarence Thomas is a Nutter?
In his new book on the Supreme Court, The Nine, Jeffrey Toobin apparently claims that Justice Antonin Scalia called his conservative colleague a "nut" in a public speech. While we can't really blame Scalia if he did, not everyone agrees with Toobin's analysis. Read more about it here.

Wow. Justice "Uncle Ruckus" is a nut? Well, I guess that Anita Hill thing wasn't just a some good-natured teasing that was misinterpreted. ;-)
Justice Thomas greatly admires Justice Scalia and Justice Scalia would never say anything negative about his partner. Justices do not use the word "nut" in their speeches because they are Supreme Court Justices and not part of the common rabble like some of the posters and bloggers(e.g. Stephanie).
