The Clinton War on Economists Continues
Presumably, President H. Clinton's Secretary of the Treasury will be Bo Duke and her Secretary of Labor will be Norm from Cheers.
All of this is particularly funny because of this:

There’s no support anywhere for this. Even if Congress liked the idea, the president will veto, so a gas tax holiday will never happen.
If the gas tax holiday is such a great idea, then she should get back to the Senate floor and fight for it. Introduce legislation. Persuade her colleagues in both houses. Build a consensus and a veto-proof majority. In short, she should be a leader.
She’s arguing passionately for this thing that doesn't exist and will never exist.
What do you call that?
Shenanigans?

Al has a good point. And remember that Hillary has been a leader of many bi-partisan efforts. The war and No Child Left Behind are 2 great examples.
That's experience all right - BAD experience.

Ah the stench of hypocrisy when comparing Clinton campaigns of yore to those of today, does this remind anyone of the Cheny line about an Iraq invasion being 'a quagmire' back in the 1990s?

Hillary has to pinch every penny... because she and Bill only made $108million in the last 8 years. If they feel so much for the common man, how come they only gave $10M of that back to charity? The biblical minimum (by new testament standards) would be to give away $10.8M (10%). And that's not for multimultimulti millionaires.
Way to pinch, Hill, way to pinch.
