Think supreme leaders have it easy? Sure there are perks, but heads of state also face hazards, including revolution, invasion, coup d'etat, and--worst of all--exile. Some end up like ex-Panamanian head honcho Manuel Noriega. The pizza-faced generalissimo spurned Spain's invitation of sanctuary, and now instead of lunching al fresco on the Costa del Sol, dines in a dank 12-by-10-foot cell at the Miami Metropolitan Correctional Center. Others have fared much better. What follows is a directory of leaders on the lam; after all, it's nice to know who the new neighbors might be.
