Bob Dornan
When he announced his candidacy, hardline firebrand Bob Dornan cast himself as the rightest of the right. But other candidates stole Bob's fire. Pat Buchanan is every bit as conservative and is blessed with national name recognition. Alan Keyes, with his fiery speaking style and his sincerely right-wing beliefs, remains the poster child of the pro-life wing of the Party.
