Im 26 and live in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and have all my life. I've been to most of these places, even the 'jumping rock' on the Reservoir in North Liberty. I love the stark contrast of country life and city life from one county to the next. If I'm tired of the sounds and smells of the city I can drive 30 minutes to my parents house and listen to the cows while gazing through my telescope without light pollution. While we may not be as diverse as other states regarding ethnicity, we welcome all with warm and sincere hearts. Oh, and we have the best pork chops in the world.
