Feb 12: Train the Force: Tunnel Raid at the National Training Center

As part of their training prior to going to Iraq, members of the 256th Battalion of the Louisiana National Guard participate in a tunnel raid exercise at the National Training Center, located at Ft. Irwin, in the Mojave Desert. The soldiers are tasked with raiding a heavily armed tunnel complex, finding the leader of the insurgents and, if possible, capturing him alive.
