I this familie had work he would not do this ,remember he has a familie to feed!I thought in some parts of south america they are aloud to chew coca leafs against the hunger?Maybe they should legalize the stuff no more people in prison,no fire fights,But the main thing is the Government must provide work after health check!poverty you cannot hide we see the prisons were they are starting to work for dimesand quarters because wrongly accused because the government failed..
