Feed them poor farmers ,give them ,work! and they wont do that after you have shown them what it does to other people!We lost the war on drugs allready.but then no prisons no work?this has got to stop and theyre are ways!!

The war on drugs just made their business more profitable. Why should they stop? This is more lucrative and steady than "honest" work in a region pitted by corruption and an unsteady economy. "What it does to other people" is not an issue here. They don't care, nor do they have any reason to care.
