These cocaine wars are due in large part to the USA, CIA and the influx of cash to the right wing para miltary groups that package and ship the cocaine to all points north! The USA continues to blunder in every third world country it tries to dominate when in fact they only contribute to the proliferation of poverty, death and drug addiction world wide. A curse on America!
