Jonathan Mann started his "Rock Cookie Bottom" website with a simple but quirky commitment: to post one original music video every day.

Since then, Mann has posted more than 100 videos to his site. His most successful song, about economist Paul Krugman, caught the attention of MSNBC, the Huffington Post, and Rachel Maddow.

Mann sat down with Mother Jones' Nikki Gloudeman to talk about his first cable TV appearance, legalizing marijuana, and the weirdest song request he's ever received.
