Frank Koughan is an award-winning journalist and documentary filmmaker whose work has appeared on PBS’s "Frontline," and CBS News’ "60 Minutes." Excerpts from his documentary “Tobacco Under Fire” appeared in the May/June 1996 issue of Mother Jones. Prior to writing about the FAA, he had successfully overcome his life-long fear of flying. He lives in Queretaro, Mexico.
