The Reverend Barry Lynn is an ordained United Church of Christ minister and a member of the Supreme Court bar. In 1992, he became executive director of Americans United for Separation of Church and State. He has been involved in issues of civil liberties and social justice all his professional life. Lynn is a frequent commentator on church-state issues in the media and has appeared on NPR, CNN, Fox News, NBC, CBS, and ABC. Lynn is the host of the nationally syndicated radio program, "Culture Shocks with Barry Lynn," which can be heard at www.cultureshocks.com and on radio stations around the country.
