Radio: Bio of Sridhar Pappu

December 3, 2006

Sridhar Pappu is a correspondent for The Atlantic Monthly. As a media columnist for the New York Observer, he chronicled the downfall of the New York Times under former executive editor Howell Raines and landed the first extensive interview with disgraced former Times reporter Jayson Blair. At the Atlantic, he's profiled, among others, Eliot Spitzer, Massachusetts governor Mitt Romney, and Dallas-based mega-preacher T.D. Jakes. Pappu, 31, lives in the Park Slope section of Brooklyn, New York. Before meeting Lou Dobbs, Pappu said he'd never been called "pardner" in his life.
