BREAKING: Supreme Court Just Overturned Former Virginia Governor’s Corruption Conviction

Bob McDonnell is not going to prison.


On Monday, the Supreme Court ruled to overturn the corruption charges against Bob McDonnell, the former governor of Virginia. With the unanimous decision, the disgraced Republican governor will avoid time in prison, after a federal judge sentenced him to two years for illegally accepting loans and lavish gifts from a political supporter.
