He was fired. His boss did not appreciate what he told the Senators. The firing sent the message to anybody else who may testify that they better support their employer or else.

Mcnulty is definantly crooked. He was in on a crooked seizure of my home as federal DA. I owned a home with my brother, who grew pot for personal use. I was in spain, came home and the police had raided the home due to the pot. No money, scales or weapons were found. prosecutors had my brother plea to felony manufacturing with intent to distribute despite the fact there was no distribution( no jail time was the cheese). The lead decective (unhappy with outcome) then took this to Mcnulty who then proceeded to seize our home and sell it, while saying if we fought it we would be retried in federal court on new charges. i lost my 50% of the home no ifs and or buts, and was told to feel lucky.

The invesigators raided the home on 10/11/01 in vienna va , less than 1 mile away from the home the terrorists that flew into the pentagon rented. It seems ironic to me that while the govt. was kicking in our door and unjustly ruining our lives, just down the street was the terrorists they had been warned about literally plotting to attack the USA.

Who the hell is being racist against Gonzo for being Mexican!? He is the most incompetent, politicized AG there has been in my 45 years on this planet. I don't give a damn where he's from, I'm just worried people will play the race card to obscure the fact that this guy is lying scum who is partly reponsible for the loss of civil rights and the implementation or torture (which is even more relevent now that some of our boys are being held, hope the "terrorosists" don't follow our lead).

People's latent racism can be showing in how they speak out against AG Gonzales. If he was AfroAmerican, more respect would be shown. People can disagree, but let us be racially sensitive and don't let your racisim show.

As you can see, Cecilia and Maria, there are other Gonzales in this world that think that AG Gonzales is a poor - if not detrimental - representative of our hispanic heritage. However, I have never seen in the MOJO blogs or anywhere else for that matter any racially insensitive comment about this bozo. He is a bozo, he could be blond with the bluest eyes and so white and WASP it hurts your eyes, he would still be incomprehensibly incompetent, and downright corrupt and evil.

Racism is a two-way street. Both sides are racist and the racist that tells another racist not to show his/her racism is the worst of all. I'll be happy the day that we realize there are no races, it is the human race. Same with dogs and cats, they are not from different races, but different "breeds", which make them a manufactured illusion for the eyes. So, let's leave racism out of the equation for now.
