Just what in the world is wrong with people like the gutless individual who chose not to disclose his/her name and title his comment "Anonymous"??? If that was meant to be a joke, I don't see the humor it. The least you could do is have some respect for a fellow human being, regardless of what your political views may be. Remember: laws are man-made...and they have a political reason for being. The fact that something is legal doesn't make it right, and something illegal is not necessarily wrong.

This country was built by the Black man, now its being sustained by the brown man.
This country can not survive if it wasn't for the undocumented. Even the military is coming more and more depended on. On the other hand, if we want to eliminate "illegal immigration," we would have to stop middleling in their
own country's affairs. The more these so called "free trade" deals occur throughout the world, the more people are going to come here-legal or illegal. And that stupid wall they're building isn't going to cut it. Its just a waste of $$.
"This country was built by the Black man, now it's being sustained by the brown man."--that's about as inaccurate a statement as I've ever read here--
You know, Larry, it's one thing to be an informed, aware & progressive person, trying one's best to improve our collective lot in life, yet quite another to be an irresponsible and uninformed knee-jerk reactionary whose comments serve only to instigate & perpetuate hostilities.
Grow up, and try thinking things through a little--as for your "proclaimation-from on-high" fix for our irresponsible border security issue/debacle; it is truly moronic in it's simplemindedness, but does well on the "D'oh!" scale....
Hey just dropping in from Melbourne Australia - never mind the race relations, where is that man's safety harness? Whether he's got his Green Card or not, what the hell is going on with your work safety laws?
"something illegal is not necessarily wrong." Absolutely! That is the time our wonderful public servants can write a law to make it legal. They do carry out the will of the people. don't they?
Man, I should break the law too... Perhaps pretend to die and live undocumented. Would be awesome not paying into a tax burdened system while reaping the benefits from it. Then and only then, I could afford to send money to my family!
actually illegals often do pay taxes using someone's ss #. yes, it's done illegally but the government is profitting off of them...
anyone who is unmarried and childless can tell you just how much money the govt is making off of them....
"Something that is LEGAL is correct and right under the law. Somthing that is ILLEGAL is, by definition, right...!"
Bill, you ever heard the age-old adage that you should always question authority? Apparently not, because you are a sheep and rely on your government to tell you what is right and what is wrong.
Just a comment on what Larry wrote.
I'm pretty sure the US was built by the sweat of many other race's brows in addition to the "black" man, whether they wanted chose too or not. I'm not mentioning this to get into an argument with anyone, just to point out the fact that it always seems to be forgotten.
Also interesting to note, the business of slavery in Africa was brought to the west mainly by the Arab slave traders trading slaves to European colonists and traders.
The same Arabs that are the wests' oil suppliers and good friends(Saudi, Dubai, Emirates etc..), I don't see anyone seeking reparations from them...
Bit off topic there... I do like the Torch's hat though.
Bill: What about things that are legal in one state, and illegal in the adjacent one? In that case, would you use your head and try to process the information and decide for yourself if it is right or wrong?
