Fresh GOP Scandal Escalates, DOJ Searches Nguyen's HQ, Home
First Tan Nguyen was a no-show at his own press conference yesterday. Then the Justice Department searched the Republican candidate's headquarters, his home, as well as the house of a staffer, leaving with boxes of evidence from each. As Vince reported yesterday, Nguyen, an immigrant from Vietnam who is trying to unseat 5-time representative Loretta Sanchez, has denied having any knowledge of the letter sent to 14,000 Orange County residents saying that immigrants who vote face jail time.
No one seems to believe him, and his party is in full retreat: the feds called for a search warrant, county republicans have called for him to withdraw, and Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, whose bid for re-election relies in part on Orange County remaining a Republican stronghold, has denounced the candidate and is scheduled to meet with Hispanic leaders in the county today. Republican Secretary of State Bruce McPherson, whose in a tight race for re-election, announced yesterday that he'll send a voter information letter next week to all those who were sent false information by the Nguyen campaign.

What an incredibly weird story!!!
As though immigrants who have "show the stuff" and passed the citizenship test wouldn't know the truth here!!!
As though Nugyen, himself an immigrant, wouldn't recognize this...
This is the Establishment messing with everyone's mind right before the election--just to divert attention form the real issue: VOTER FRAUD.
Oh yeah, which is funnier: in 2004 Diebold's AccuVote-TS machines had MASSIVE systemic failures (Montgomery County Board of Elections report); a group of Dutch scientists has documented SEVERE security vulnerabilities in the NEDAP electronic voting machines markerted in the US by Liberty Election Systems (Robert Kibrick, Oct. 8, 2006); or how in 2004 three million voters living abroad never got their ballots--after the pentagon unaccountably shut down a state-of-the-art Web site used to file overseas registrations (RFK, Was the 2004 Election Stolen?).
Right back at you?
Everyone should send the following United Nations petition:

Commission/Sub-Commission Team (1503 Procedure)

Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights
United Nations Office at Geneva

E-mail: tb-petitions@ohchr.org
To the United Nations Commission on Human Rights:
Major violations of the United States Voting Rights Act marred the critically important 2000 Florida and 2004 Ohio Presidential Elections, thus I'm requesting a United Nations Civil Rights investigation (the 1503 Procedure).
The United States Commission on Civil Rights report on the 2004 election states, "...violations of Section 2 of the Voting Rights Act occured in Florida. ...widespread voter disenfranchisement--not the dead-heat contest--was the extraordinary feature in the Florida election."
However, the United States Department of Justice's investigation of such fraud was unfruitful--limited to the approximately two dozen citizen complaints directly addressed to the DOJ, the Commission's report went entirely ignored.
Note that in 2000 a consulting company was primarily responsible for the widespread voting fraud, while in 2004 a consulting company was discovered shredding Democrat registrations in Ohio (Robert F. Kennedy, Rolling Stone Magazine, Was the 2004 Election Stolen?). Kennedy States, "One quarter of the Ohio citizens who registered to vote in 2004 were not listed on the rolls," yet the DOJ turned a blind eye.
Important here, recently the United States DC Circuit affirmed dismissal of a lawsuit requesting a grand jury investigation of the President's and the United States Attorney General's involvement in the 2000 election fraud, and the U.S. Supreme Court denied certiorari (Michael L. Wagner v. Kenneth Wainstain, US Attorney). Note that the District Court's disposition read, "The Executive Branch has exclusive authority and absolute discretion to decide whether to prosecute," an argument the Cited Court decided against!
Most worrisome of all here is the fact that the United States Congress itself turned a blind eye to the voting fraud--indeed, the new commonly implemented electronic voting systems are vulnerable to tampering.
Clearly Congress is failing to perform its duty where in 2003 researchers form John Hopkins University went public because of concerns that "election fraud will amost certainly occur if weaknesses in the electronic voting systems are not addressed before many more jurisdictions move to this method of voting" (John Hopkins University Information Security Institute Technical Report, July 23, 2003).
