I guarantee you if the governor of Idaho were a Dem (and thus sure to appoint a Democrat) the Republicans would be defending Craig. Why do you think none of them have called for Vitter to quit?

You are "spot on" Idaho has a Republican Govenor, so a replacement for Craig will be a Republican....But Vitters home state, Louisiana has a Democratic Govenor..so it easy to see why, even though what Vitters did is against the law in (Washington D.C.) he gets a pass...and what do the democrats do..as usual..nothing.

Johnny, you don't understand the GOP. We don't consider it normal to be a homosexual. It is consider normal to be hetrosexual. Vitter acted upon normal sexual urges and Craig is as looney as a bird. We don't know his confusing sexual preferences, but we do know that he acts crazy. Hence, we dump him overboard. He is a Jonah.
