Tragic that Huckabee actually is even being listened to at all with such ignorant views. You know off camera he would probably take it a step further: people have AIDS because society doesn't isolate 'the gays'. 'They should be taken to an island somewhere to die,' might be his private sentiments. Actually, it's funny that a former preacher who personally owes his votes to his homey, God, should not know how Jesus felt about the abuse of lepers. He's a creep with lots of followers. spiderman2-- get your facts straight. Ryan White was a 13 year old who contracted HIV through a transfusion of tainted blood. He wasn't "fooling around" with anyone.

Barry, if you want to be a literalist, no, he did not say the same WORDS, but he said the same THING, and tried to cover it up with an acknowledgment (or sorts) that he would say it a bit differently if he had to say it again. Nothing he said on Fox would give anyone any reason whatsoever to think he had changed his mind.
