This New Yorker cartoon by Emily Flake is from January but it could just as easily be from today since the GOP is still making a last minute attempt to replace Obamacare with a sack of potatoes that fell off a truck, and the President of the United States is still sending deranged tweets about whatever he sees on Fox & Friends.
