Things are a little slow today, so I thought I’d go ahead and update my chart showing Southwest border apprehensions over the past decade:
I dunno. Maybe that steep red line is Mexico’s fault. Maybe it’s Guatemala’s fault. But only one thing really changed in 2017, and that was the occupant of 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue. Maybe there’s an advantage to exercising authority quietly after all?
